Ubin Trip

Oh yes, am back from Ubin trip with Johan :D Fcuking exhausted and wiped out. My arms are aching so badly that I barely typed this post fast.

  • Woke up at 6.30AM. And my bacin overslept, tk padan tua. Ha!
  • So while waiting for him to WAKE UP ( i called 6x), I cooked choc chip pancakes.
  • I saved only three cause i did not like the batter, the appearance of the pancakes was terrible that I got fed-up and threw the batter away. A waste of ingredients.
  • Got ready and for the 7th time I called, he finally woke up at 7.30AM.
  • We met by 830AM and bought tuna and chips at 7eleven.
  • Withdrawed money and mrt-ed down to Bishan.
  • Bused down to Changi and had nasi lemaks for breakfast.
  • Boarded the ferry and admired the view.
  • Reached Ubin by 11.30AM.
  • We rented two bicycles for the day till 6PM :D
  • Johan said lets get lost here but we still refered to maps on where to go -.-
  • We went to mountain bike park and the course was bumpy. I like.
  • We had quite a number of water breaks cause there was quite a few of upslopes, which I despised most!
  • We talked to some apeks and realised it was the durian season.
  • Durians falling off from the trees and people were searching for it to eat.
  • Thus, we did the same! We found two at durian park/road.
  • And this apek stopped us and cut them open. Our efforts wasted cause they were not good to eat.
  • He gave his which he bought, and the three of us enjoyed it. Hah.
  • We've learnt on how to choose the right durian.
  • We sanggup waited for the durian to fall off from the tree and Johan went inside in the forest to look for it, but to no avail.
  • We could not even cut down the rambutans cause they were not riped yet.
  • By 3.30PM, we rested by the beach and I tripped and fell onto the coral. That explains my minot cut on my palm. Haiz.
  • We then washed ourselves up and headed home by 6PM.
  • We slept in the bus.
  • We finally had our dinner at Sembawang and reached home by 9PM :D
  • Johan had to go to Kallang and meet up wiith his bandmates to complete their mixing.
